POLARIS RANGER SWEEPSTAKES

NO DONATION OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by [Fire Company Name], a Pennsylvania volunteer fire company, located at 212 Julia St. Dushore Pa 18614 2. ELIGIBILITY


The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.  Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD


The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 and ends on or before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on August 8, 2026.

All mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor no later than the Sweepstakes end date or when all 1500 entries have been taken.

4. HOW TO ENTER



A. FREE METHOD OF ENTRY

To enter without making a donation, hand-print your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a standard envelope with proper postage to:

Limit one (1) free entry per person.
Any entry not meeting the above requirements will be rejected.

 

B. OPTIONAL DONATION ENTRY

Individuals may choose to make a voluntary donation to support the operations and charitable purposes of the Sponsor through the Sponsor's website.

Each voluntary donation of $30 will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Donations are entirely voluntary. No donation is required to enter or win.

All entries received through either method will be treated equally and will have an equal chance of winning.

5. ENTRY LIMITS


Limit one (1) free entry per person.
There is no limit on voluntary donation entries unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a Polaris Ranger [exact model], with an approximate retail value of

$30,000.
No cash substitution will be provided except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

The winner is responsible for insurance, transportation costs, and any other expenses associated with accepting and using the prize.

7. WINNER SELECTION

One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or before August  8th, 2026.
The drawing will include all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries an individual earns.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form.  If the winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE


Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, hometown, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, members, volunteers, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the drawing date.

 

13. GOVERNING LAW


This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Void where prohibited by law.
